Before You Start

Where do I find FCtools.gg after installation?

Open the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team Web App. FCtools.gg adds controls and information to the relevant screens, so there is no separate app to open.

Do I need an account?

Core page enhancements are available where supported. Features that require authentication, including Smart Solve, Evolution Paths, and Cloud Settings, require an FCtools.gg account.

Does the extension store my EA password?

No. The FCtools.gg extension does not store EA passwords or include EA session tokens in Cloud Settings uploads.

Which browsers and devices are supported?

The installation section covers Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari on iOS, and Firefox on Android. Official download links will point to the release for each platform.

What if the userscript does not run after installation?

Make sure the script manager is installed and the FCtools.gg script is enabled. Desktop browsers also require user scripts to be allowed; then reopen and refresh the EA Web App.

What if the EA Web App does not show the tools?

Check that you are on the EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team Web App, verify script or extension permissions, then perform a hard refresh. If nothing appears, contact support.

What if the website and extension sign-in states are not synced?

The website and extension use the same FCtools.gg account. Refresh the EA Web App after signing in. If the browser blocks third-party cookies, allow site data for FCtools.gg and try again.

What if the third-party sign-in buttons are missing?

The third-party sign-in service may be under maintenance. Sign in with your email and password for now; try again later or contact support if the buttons remain unavailable.
